Track cleaning visits and checks on mobile
Tickee is a cleaning monitoring app that has the visit form and joint inspection filled in directly on site, zone by zone.
A visit form taped behind a service room door, with no one to check it before the next complaint.
The difficulties of paper-based tracking
The paper visit form stays on site, with no visibility for the area manager until they come by to collect it.
The joint inspection with the customer is done on two separate sheets, difficult to reconcile in the event of a disagreement.
The technical round (bin store, washrooms, consumables) is carried out with no proof that each point was checked.
A customer complaint arrives after the visit, with no way of knowing what was actually done that day.
Collect field data on mobile
- 01
The cleaning operative logs their visit zone by zone, with a timestamp and photo if needed.
- 02
The joint inspection is carried out on the same form, visible to both the customer and the operative.
- 03
The technical round follows a checklist for each room, with the points to be checked.
- 04
The app works without a network connection in basements and service rooms.
Reports and data tracking in the office
- 01
The area manager can see the day's visits without travelling to the site.
- 02
A reported anomaly is dealt with before the customer raises it themselves.
- 03
A disputed contractual penalty is discussed on the basis of the actual visit forms.
- 04
Inspection forms are adapted by site and by type of service, without development work.
