    Tracking work with paper documents

    • Checks are recorded in logbooks or on sheets near the workstations: temperatures, cleaning, goods receipt, batch numbers. With several sites, each one keeps its logbooks its own way.

    • On the day of a health inspection or a customer audit, the right page has to be found. A non-conformity noted in a logbook reaches the quality manager when they re-read it, sometimes days later.

    With Tickee

Collect and track job data with Tickee

    1. Enter data on a smartphone or tablet

At each stage (receipt, processing, packaging, dispatch), the operator fills in a short form on tablet: temperature, batch, photo, compliant or not. The batch is identified by barcode or QR code. No wifi in a cold room or at the back of the warehouse: entry continues offline.

    2. Reports and tracking in the office

Each check is time-stamped and linked to its author and its batch. The quality manager follows all sites on the same dashboard. For an audit, they export the history as PDF or Excel.

    What actually changes with Tickee

During an audit, you enter the batch number and find every check made on that batch.

When an operator reports a non-compliant product, the quality manager sees it immediately at the office.

All sites use the same forms: you can compare their results.

You no longer have paper logbooks to fill in, file and keep.
